Case Study: UI /UX Implementation
A leading financial and accounting organization offering its services wanted to redesign their websites. Our UX team had given great inputs to the design team and the interactively visually presenting feature rich website was developed. We developed the mobile app and the UX challenges were tackled using the pyramid method.
We wanted to know the type of UX challenges the client faced while designing the app. We were glad to find some useful resource from the design, about how the client handles UX challenges, and used the same pyramid method to tackle UX challenges. The Usability must solve a compelling user issue and the design must be interactively interesting and visually presenting.
We understood that the client uses other methods to collect qualitative data, so we did some research online and it looked like the client had been using Lookback to collect a database of experiences where they can generate an accumulation of user feedback to better understand their needs. Our UX research team and the design team have been using Validately tool to do the testing part and turned out to be successful process all-through.
